We produce olive oil in its homeland

Wild olives originated in 6,000 years ago. Klazomenai (in İzmir, Turkey) is the oldest olive oil production facility  among the ruins of which an olive oil workshop can be  identified, dating to the 6th century BC.

Hand-picked from the tree

Our traditional method ensures quality from the moment each olive is harvested. Unlike machine-picking, this approach preserves the integrity of the olives, making Palermo a top choice for health-conscious consumers.
